S\u00f3n joves tutelats a partir dels 16 anys, que estan als nostres programes de protecci\u00f3 (Aldea, Resid\u00e8ncia, Acolliment familiar, Mistral…). Inclou diferents accions dirigides a facilitar el pas a la majoria d’edat, ajudant-los a prendre consci\u00e8ncia del seu projecte de vida.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Per a joves a partir dels 18 anys, que un cop extutelats, necessiten un per\u00edode per acabar de formar-se i preparar-se per a la vida independent, se’ls ofereix recursos econ\u00f2mics, habitatge, etc., i sobretot, un educador que els acompanyi en aquest proc\u00e9s d’emancipaci\u00f3. El programa compta amb dues variants: el suport educatiu i el sociolaboral amb seguiment als joves que compten amb habitatge i els qui necessiten un lloc on viure i suport en el seu cam\u00ed a l’autonomia i el desenvolupament.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

L’objectiu \u00e9s mantenir el vincle amb els joves de manera que no se sentin sols i continu\u00efn tenint-nos com una refer\u00e8ncia v\u00e0lida a les seves vides. Aquest programa ofereix suport educatiu, econ\u00f2mic, professional…, als joves i a qualsevol persona que ja ha format part d’algun dels programes d’Aldees infantils SOS i, tot i que ja s’hagin emancipat, puguin requerir algun tipus d’ajuda.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Disposem de 8 pisos a disposici\u00f3 dels nostres joves on responem de forma molt acurada a les necessitats dels 39 nois i noies que hi viuen. Gr\u00e0cies a aquests habitatges hem pogut respondre de manera adaptativa i individualitzada a les noves circumst\u00e0ncies provocades per la crisi sorgida despr\u00e9s de la pand\u00e8mia de la Covid-19. Els nostres joves han disposat de recursos tecnol\u00f2gics, educatius i psicol\u00f2gics per fer front a aquesta nova realitat.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\u00c9s un programa sociolaboral cofinan\u00e7at pel fons social europeu, que vol facilitar les experi\u00e8ncies professionals dels joves m\u00e9s vulnerables i aplanar el cam\u00ed cap al mercat laboral.<\/p>\n

El nostre objectiu amb aquest programa \u00e9s generar espais segurs on els joves tinguin experi\u00e8ncies laborals que els permetin cr\u00e9ixer personalment i adquirir nous coneixements i compet\u00e8ncies. Un pas fonamental a les seves vides!<\/p>\n
